Frequently asked questions

What are the fabric texture and design features of this premium soya duvet? Do you offer made-to-measure sizes and thicknesses for Hong Kong bed linen?
As shown in the product images, this premium soya duvet uses a pre-washed, skin-friendly cotton surface with a natural, slightly crinkled texture. The fabric feels soft and comfortable to the touch and is printed with a delicate 「大A+」 logo plus icons indicating breathability, lightness and warmth. iGift Company Limited provides professional Hong Kong made-to-measure bed linen services: in addition to standard single, double and extra-large double sizes, we can fully customise dimensions and thickness to your mattress specifications, making it perfectly suited to Hong Kong’s four-season climate.
Is the soy‑protein duvet washable? How should I wash and care for it for everyday use?
This soy‑protein duvet is made from high-quality natural soy protein fibre and a skin-friendly outer fabric, and it offers good washability. The care label is clearly shown on the right-hand side of the product images. In general it supports gentle machine washing or hand washing; the cotton-faced fabric becomes softer with each wash. For specific care instructions, please follow the care label supplied with the product to preserve the duvet’s loft and lifespan.
