Frequently asked questions
- What are the fabric texture and design features of this soy‑filled duvet? Do you offer customised sizes?
- As shown in the images, this soy-filled duvet features a warm off-white pure cotton outer with a light, soft, skin‑friendly hand. The duvet surface is printed with the delicate “大豆A+” mark and detailed function icons, and it employs multiple stitching techniques to secure the inner soy protein‑fibre core, preventing clumping and deformation. We support standard Single, Double and Large Double sizes, and can also provide fully customised sizes to match the specific mattress dimensions of Hong Kong households or hotels.
- How should the Hong Kong premium fibre warming soybean duvet be washed and cared for?
- The product label shown in the images provides detailed washing instructions. In general, this soybean duvet’s fabric supports gentle machine washing or hand washing; we recommend using a neutral detergent and avoiding strong bleach. When drying, air‑dry in a well‑ventilated place to preserve the loft of the soybean fibres and their naturally skin‑friendly feel. Please be sure to refer to the product care/washing label included for specific cleaning methods.
- If I want to order this soy duvet, what is the overall ordering process and delivery lead time?
- You can contact us by email at sales@igift.hk or via WhatsApp and provide the type of soy duvet you require, the quantity, dimensions and any fabric specifications. Once we receive your requirements we will promptly provide a quotation and relevant fabric samples for your reference. Standard orders typically have a delivery lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks; for large bespoke orders for hotels or guesthouses the lead time will be negotiated based on the actual quantity.
