Frequently asked questions

What fabric options are available for this breathable, skin-friendly striped protective sheet? Is it only available in the stripe shown in the pictures?
This fitted protective sheet is made from high-quality, soft, skin-friendly fabrics that feel comfortable, breathable and moisture-wicking. The photos show a simple, fashionable grey striped pattern, but we offer up to 17 fabric options for you to choose from. In addition to the striped design shown, we also support custom colour and fabric selections so your made-to-order sheet can be unique.
My mattress has an unusual size — can this striped protective sheet be made to order? What is the customization process?
Yes — we provide custom bedding services in Hong Kong and can make both standard sizes (single, double, and extra-large double) and fully custom sizes, so we can accommodate unusual mattress dimensions and achieve a perfect fit. The ordering process is simple: contact us at sales@igift.hk or via WhatsApp and tell us the type of bedding you need (for example: fitted sheet), the quantity, the exact dimensions (length, width, height), and any specific fabric requirements. We will provide a detailed quote and can send fabric swatches for your reference.
What are the benefits of the elastic band design on this breathable, skin-friendly striped protective sheet? How should I wash and care for it in daily use?
The sheet features an elastic band design that wraps around the mattress to keep the sheet securely in place, preventing shifting and keeping the bed surface neat for a dry, comfortable sleep. As shown in the pictures, the elastic runs around all four sides and tucks under the mattress for a good hold. Most of the fabrics are machine washable—for example, water-washed cotton becomes softer with laundering. Exact washing and care instructions vary by fabric, so please follow the care information on the product label to maintain durability and comfort.
