Frequently asked questions

What are the fabric features of this “breathable, skin‑friendly striped fitted protector”? Is it only available in the blue‑and‑white stripe shown in the pictures?
This fitted, breathable, skin-friendly striped mattress protector is made from a high-quality cotton-blend fabric that feels soft against the skin and provides excellent breathability for a comfortable night’s sleep. The photos show a fine textured fabric and a classic blue-and-white stripe design, but iGift Company Limited offers up to 17 different fabric options and also supports custom colour and fabric choices so you can order a bespoke style to suit your preference or bedroom décor.
My mattress has an unusual size — can this fitted protector be made to non‑standard dimensions? What is the ordering process and how long is the delivery time?
Yes — we offer made‑to‑order bedlinen in Hong Kong, so we can produce both standard sizes (single, double and extra‑large double) and non‑standard/custom sizes to fit unusual mattresses. The fitted protector’s elasticated edge is designed to fit mattresses snugly and resist shifting. To order, contact sales@igift.hk or message us on WhatsApp with the product type, quantity, dimensions and fabric requirements; we will provide a detailed quotation and fabric samples. Typical lead time for standard orders is about 2–4 weeks; larger or bulk orders will be quoted separately depending on quantity.
Are there any special instructions for daily washing and care of this striped fitted protector?
Most of the fabrics used for this fitted protector are machine washable, so everyday care is simple. To preserve the product’s softness and breathability, please follow the specific washing instructions on the product label. For cotton‑blend fabrics, customers often find the material becomes softer after repeated washing. Note that the fitted protector has an elasticated edge (visible in the photos); avoid high‑temperature tumble drying to help preserve the elastic and extend the product’s lifespan.
